The Raffaello is named after the “15th century Italian painter and architect” the size of this oven is the best of all for size. The internal cooking floor is 1080mm which is able to cater for a lot people, the capacity is 4-5 large pizza or pizza and large tray at the same time. Really designed for a serious cook who loves to entertain, this oven has the choice of a round arch or square arch.
